In this role, you will work with the CSO Communications Senior Manager to develop strategic communications initiatives that support and advance the CSO mission and org-wide goals. As a communications business partner you will also work with CSO Division leaders as a strategic communications partner and advisor. You will help them motivate their teams with clear and inspiring messaging and represent the POV of their employees in planning conversations. You will have the support and collaboration of your centralized communications team peers to share best practices and insights, standardize a consistent communications experience across the various divisions, and work to reinforce a sense of community, common purpose and teamwork within the growing Customer Success Organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop communication plans for CSO-wide programs or events including stakeholder mapping, communications strategy, design, and multi-channel implementation

  • As a communications business partner, work with Division Leader and Chief of Staff to tell the story of what the team is focused on and why

  • Provide executive communications support for Division Leader including developing and running Quarterly All Hands meetings, exec announcements and presentations (with support of creative agency)

  • Oversee CSO SharePoint intranet presence and guide CSO team SharePoint strategy

  • Partner with Operations team to support comprehensive change management processes by helping to identify key stakeholders, understand how the change will impact them, and guide communications to get your team on board with the change

  • Contribute to the planning and curation of CSO events throughout the year

  • Partner with communications teams outside of CSO to create consistent organizational standards for events and communications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Highly-organized program management skills with an ability to persevere to get the job done

  • Enthusiasm for story-telling approach that leverages strong visual, written and verbal communication skills

  • Innovative mindset that feels comfortable challenging the way things are “normally done”

  • Web development (strategy and UI concept design - not coding) a plus

  • Strong interpersonal skills including: flexibility, patience, creativity, and the ability to adjust working style to match different partnership and changing priorities

  • Strong collaborator but also comfortable running programs independently

  • Strong work ethic, craftsmanship, and quality standards

  • Proficient with multiple desktop applications, including MS Office

  • Experience developing presentations and proficient with Adobe Creative Suite a plus

  • Familiarity with email marketing programs (MailChimp, Marketo, Politemail etc.)

  • Familiarity with collaboration platforms such as Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Mural Asana, etc

  • Experience in change management processes and principles a plus but not required

  • Experience working with a global team a plus but not required

  • Experience in the technology sector a plus but not required
