Wolters Kluwer Communications Manager - Technology Communications in Boston, Massachusetts
Wolters Kluwer Global Branding & Communications team is looking for a skilled internal communications manager who is passionate about technology, storytelling, and employee engagement. This role supports internal communications for the technology organization of Wolters Kluwer, called the Digital eXperience Group (*/dxg). In this role, you will organize and promote a broad range of exciting employee campaigns and events, work to build belonging and engagement with our employees, and create/execute executive communications.
You will report into the Director of Communications, */dxg, who in turn reports to the global Vice President, Corporate Affairs/Communications.
*Main tasks and responsibilities *
Based on the */dxg communications strategy, you will contribute to the development and implementation of */dxg’s internal communications and employee engagement. Together with the Director of Communications, you will spearhead internal communications activities and projects through:
Creating and curating content for employee newsletters and channels. Excellent writing skills is a must.
Building a vibrant and engaged employee community through innovative communications and our various (social) channels.
Conceptualizing, composing, and editing communications in support of various initiatives across */dxg and in support of global corporate initiatives such as the Global Innovation Awards, Values Day activities, etc.
Leading and executing communications strategies for employee events such as the Code Games, our annual hackathon.
Leading content development and logistics for our quarterly all-employee town halls
Acting as the liaison in global, cross-divisional communities and initiatives
Supporting change management initiatives with written communications
Thinking creatively about new and better ways to reach our audience and refine internal communication processes. We value creative thinking and a fresh perspective. We welcome new ideas!

Performing other duties to support the overall */dxg communications team as needed. We work collaboratively as one team and support each other in all our work.
Your profile
Minimum 5 years’ experience in internal communications and employee engagement.
Experience in an international / matrixed organization, working with multiple stakeholders, and across time zones.
You are an excellent writer and you have experience writing for executive-level leaders.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (American) English - preferably a native English speaker. Your written abilities must be near-native at a minimum.
Experience hosting webinars and online events is a plus.
Experience working with email software tools like PoliteMail, and other tools such as SharePoint, O365 (PPT, Word, Excel, etc), and SurveyMonkey.
You are passionate about technology and having a positive impact on the world.

You are a multi-tasker; work well under deadlines; able to manage competing priorities and keep stakeholders abreast and involved.
You build connections across the different functional and geographic areas of an organization and leverage those relationships to develop approaches and delivery mechanisms that will be effective with internal audiences.
You are able to handle confidential company information.

Compensation:
Target salary range CA, CT, CO, NY, WA:: $90,700-$126,850
