Job Title: Clinical Proposals & Feasibility LeadJob Description

Job Purpose: The purpose of this role is to manage and create Proposal & Feasibility strategy for assigned projects, with a focus in the North American market. Assisting Operations/Business Development with the generation of proposals by providing input and advice relating to operational strategy; supporting client interactions and long-term strategic partnerships. (Remote, EST Preference) Part Time - Starting 20 hours/week Duties include but are not limited to: • Drive the preparation of strategic proposals, rebids, and exhibits, including rigorous quality control and timeline adherence. • Participate in the enhancement of proposal development tools and processes. • Review/create RFPs, identify any capacity issues, and negotiate deadlines with Business Development Executives and Operational Leads. • Participate in pre-RFP client meetings. • Partner with Business Development, Clinical, and Operational personnel to design effective proposals. • Contribute strategic operational content to proposals. • Review and revise proposal content as needed to ensure a clear, compelling strategy to execute the trial. • Participate in discussions and requests for information following delivery of proposal. • Stay abreast of latest industry tactics and strategies regarding proposal development; and may be responsible for other projects and responsibilities as assigned.
