Job Description:
This role will be responsible for:
Becoming single point of contact for Retail, Preferred, and Small Business client-level perspectives, supporting the development of day-to-day dashboards and insights in partnership with analytics
Developing and maintaining expert-level understanding of client metrics and trends, leveraging both internal and external data to position the Consumer organization as the authority on consumer behavior
Establishing client research hypotheses and developing client research reports and regular client insight snippets
Driving overall client segmentation strategy across Consumer and Small Business
Primary responsibilities:
Leverage Data and the Analytics team to ensure inclusive access and availability of client data across products, services, channels
Summarize findings to expand understanding of trends, derive hypotheses, and test insights
Own data and insight requirements to drive business results, champion data integrity and issue management partnering with centralized analytics on delivery
Make recommendations to improve overall business performance and client experience based on both internal and external data, as well as BAC strategy and positioning
Drive day-to-day dash-boarding and insights in partnership with analytics
Prepare monthly reports/newsletters around client insights leveraging all internal and external client data, highlighting key trends, changes, and other relevant data in partnership with analytics
Partner closely with analytics/research organization and Strategy function to drive actionable insights and communicate them to the business
Required skills:
7 years of experience within the financial industry
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to summarize and interpret large amounts of data and translate into meaningful insight
Experience building strong partnerships with Analytics partners
Experience developing and facilitating presentations utilizing tools such as PowerPoint and Tableau
Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills, highly organized, and strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including ability to organize and prioritize schedule to meet tight deadlines
Ability to communicate insights, implications and actionable recommendations effectiveness to senior stakeholders
Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience in Finance, Mathematics/Statistics, Economics or Computer Science
Demonstrated sense of personal and team accountability
Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed organization
Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environment
High customer orientation with the ability to build consensus
Desired skills:
