Skyword is seeking an innovative, passionate, and experienced Offering (Product) Manager to take a leadership role in our services offerings. The ideal candidate is a Boston based leader with a passion to lead the development and launch of solutions that generate measurable ROI from the creation, delivery, and measurement of marketing content. This mid-senior level position is a high visibility opportunity in a proven and growing business within a cutting edge industry. The Services Offering manager will lead the disruption of agency and technology models that just can?t deliver sustained customer results in today?s digital marketing world!

This role is located in Downtown Boston. Local candidate will be given hiring preference, relocation assistance is not available for this role.


  • Services Value Proposition

  • Develop Value Proposition for Skyword services

  • Know the customer, their challenges and what they value and need to drive their business

  • Services Product Plan

  • Develop and implement Skyword services offering plan

  • Services Roadmap

  • Develop and implement 12-month services offering roadmap

  • Develop and maintain a services idea backlog; work with product and services leadership to validate ideas, develop a business model and mature ideas through the lifecycle

  • Services Offering Creation

  • Lead the creation of a 'whole' offering; partnering with Services COEs.

  • Ensure delivery of all elements to successfully develop launch plans that achieve financial targets.

  • Develop ?RDS? Solutions: Create and launch Rapid Deployment Services Solutions

  • Manage cost to serve: Partner with technology offering management to define and implement services cost reductions, ensure RDS offerings have roadmap to reduce costs

  • Operationalize services product offerings: plan for scalability in delivery, monetization, and tracking of services offerings

  • Sales Support

  • Support sales efforts as offering SME, support triage request and custom pricing requests

  • Staffing Reconciliation & Forecasting:

  • Reconcile plans to actuals for managed offerings, report out to Product and Services leadership.

  • Services Marketing Support

  • Support marketing efforts for services offerings.

  • Services Offering Lifecycle Management

  • Manage the future of Services offerings, ensure continual adaptation; sunset offerings as needs. Report out to the product and services board.

  • Pricing

  • Lead pricing of services offerings; complete margin analysis, facilitate pricing approval by leadership stakeholders

  • Services Offering Catalog Management

  • Manage the catalog of Skyword services, including list price, value prop and ROI measurement.


  • Degree in Business, English, Marketing or a related field; MA or MBA Preferred

  • 6+ years experience in marketing, digital marketing, advertising or a related field; including

  • 2+ years managing services or product offerings or related experience

  • 2+ years marketing agency experience preferred

  • 2+ years experience digital marketing preferred

  • 3+ years managing a team and/or managing customer relationships

Essential Capabilities

  • Ability to embed and partner with the services team

  • Ability to empathise with internal and external stakeholders
