This individual will be a key member of the Biosciences Division’s Global Channel Marketing team with primary responsibility for supporting select strategic channel partners by growing our relationship with the commercial teams through innovative programs. The global channel marketing team manages our channel relationships and programs across five separate businesses within the division. Focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships with key channel partners and functional stakeholders, this individual will assure that annual processes are successfully executed and help develop several areas of the team’s strategy. Key Responsibilities:

  • Primary point of contact and manager of the Biosciences Division’s commercial engagement program, driving collaboration between our sales teams within the division; partnering with commercial leaders to develop content that supports their teams and manage the strategic deployment of that content to key teams

  • Create and deliver commercial team trainings to build awareness of key operational resources and campaigns driven by the commercial engagement program, with an emphasis on creating engaging sessions that focus our teams, and measure this success in alignment with the division’s commercial initiatives

  • Develop and run campaigns that showcase ways our teams can collaborate to drive business and celebrate successes when our channel partners are engaged

  • Track, analyze, and measure feedback received from the commercial teams to adapt the content and delivery of resources to be the most effective

  • Serve as the point of content for Bioscience division content requests from the Corporate Accounts and Key Accounts teams

  • Manage deployment of Capabilities content, processes, and tactics to, through, and from our Channel partners, with an emphasis on Corporate Accounts and Key Accounts

  • Help adapt channel and other marketing content to better fit the needs of Biotech, Pharmaceutical, and other customer segments in collaboration with channel content manager. This individual will act as the team’s primary collaborator for leveraging commercial managers, regional marketers and customers in these verticals.

  • Support expanded development and deployment of training materials, programs, and events targeting unique commercial groups within the channel; this role directly delivers training and supports relevant events

  • Partner with Channel Marketing team leaders to maintain strong and effective coordination and collaboration with commercial leaders and teams

  • Proactively identify, create, and distribute best practices across business units for working with relevant channel partners, platforms, and programs

  • Support and provide subject matter expert input to all team strategic and planning processes and projects

  • Coordinate with Corporate Events team to support channel partner sales meeting events

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (Biology or related scientific area) or in business; either a technical background or extensive experience in life sciences or adjacent industries required

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, product management, or project management roles

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing, sales, or related metrics

  • Familiarity with sales training and related practices

  • Strong project management skills

  • Highly motivated and results oriented

  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills

  • Highly proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Desired Qualifications:

  • Direct experience working with or marketing to Biotech or Pharmaceutical customers strongly preferred

  • Experience in design and creation of marketing content and collateral preferred

  • Experience in a sales role or working with commercial teams a plus
