We are hiring a Channel Marketing Specialist to join our American Hydrotherapy Systems (AHS) team!- Remote Opportunity

As AHS Channel Marketing Specialist, you’ll work closely with the AHS sales and marketing teams, as well as internal and external customers, to support the development of our Mass Merchant and Private Label channels. YOUR RIPPLE EFFECT

  • Can you nurture customer relationships? Account management is a critical component of this job; you’ll sustain relationships with our existing customers and foster new ones with potential customers by adding value through communications, follow-up, and onsite visits. We’ll rely on you to immerse yourself in customer processes and strategies in order to better understand and meet customer needs, keeping relevant internal stakeholders such as AHS Management, Marketing, Dealer Support, Customer Service, Production Planning, and Accounting apprised of channel account information and updates.

  • Are you interested in website merchandising ? You will directly impact our business development and account management efforts by providing customer onboarding, item management, and product/brand page maintenance on our Mass Merchant websites, and by helping our customers create and optimize their websites. You will also assist with our direct-to-consumer website order management processes.

  • Are you skilled in project management ? You will implement process changes (e.g., ordering, merchandizing, website, etc.) to improve how we work with our customers, managing timelines, action plans, and other project management tools accordingly.

  • Can you provide key administrative support ? You will be responsible for supporting the sales, marketing and product management teams as needed. This may include monitoring, documenting, and reconciling monthly budgets and expenditures, and partnering with the Legal department at our parent company, Masco, to track legal issues and use of intellectual property. We are looking for someone with an eye for detail, as you will be asked to audit and update departmental web sites, including intranet sites, customer extranets and ancillary sites, to ensure accuracy and relevancy.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Marketing or related area; three to five years related experience and/or training; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

  • E-commerce, direct to consumer experience a plus. Experience with Mass Merchant customers highly preferred (i.e. Costco, Home Depot, Wayfair, Amazon, etc.)

  • High proficiency level in Microsoft Office products such as MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Power Point.

  • Ability to perform data analysis required.

  • Experience working within an ERP system a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization, including the ability to present information to co-workers, supervisors, managers, or high-level executives.

  • Ability to work well independently with minimal supervision, as well as within a strong team environment.

*Colorado only: $25.00-$32.50 per hour + bonus + profit sharing + 401k match + benefits .(Disclosure as required by sb19-085 to post salary compensation for this role when being hired in Colorado.)
