Citizens Channel Communication Copywriter (Collection & Recovery) in Boston, Massachusetts

If so, consider joining Citizens Bank and driving the Collection & Recovery Channel Communication Copywriter function for our organization.

As the Collection & Recovery Copywriter, you will be responsible for creating clear and engaging communication for our email, text, and direct mail campaigns. You will also be responsible for updating and maintaining existing template to reflect the company’s voice and customized to the target audience. Working closely with Collections Leadership and Vendor Management, you will evolve outreach and strategies with the objective of increasing customer response and positively impacting the bottom line.

You will work independently across a multifunctional team to identify and prioritize new business initiatives to continue to evolve with the portfolio and marketplace. This position requires you to identify new opportunities and become a subject matter expert, advising our businesses partners, on effective ways to improve loss performance, lower expenses, implement best practices, all of which, align to our Citizens Bank brand.

To be a successful Collection & Recovery Copywriter, you will also:

  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Vendor Managers to identify new opportunities and promote the strategic vision

  • Writes clear, concise, and compelling copy to embody the voice of the brand and drive customer engagement

  • Plans, prioritizes, and organizes high volume of work and coordinates with Development teams to meet deadlines

  • Proofread and self-edit to deliver work that is accurate and achieves standards of creative excellence and technical quality

Qualifications

  • 3 -5 years of experience in creative writing or copywriting

  • Strong presentation, influencing and negotiation skills

  • Strong organization and project management skills and the ability to partner with various

    internal stakeholders

  • Ability to connect and effectively communicate with people of all levels and functions

  • Able to thrive and prioritize in a constantly changing environment

  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university preferred
