Acoustic L.P. Campaign Manager in Boston, Massachusetts
This role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating Acoustic’s B2B campaign planning, execution and measurement process. He or she is responsible for the cross-enterprise campaign hierarchy as well as individual campaigns within this hierarchy for the Americas and across Acoustic’s solutions portfolio.
Determine the Americas fiscal-year demand strategy, model plans and resource allocations, and design a demand plan to support the sales deployment models and business go-to-market strategies around retention, cross-sell, up-sell and net new logo acquisition
Help marketing managers who specialize in defined demand marketing, account-based marketing, email/digital marketing or customer marketing design and execute program plans that deliver measurable results supporting current-year sales growth objectives
Interlock with all Americas field sales segment leaders to ensure ongoing agreement on priorities, making adjustments to accommodate changing market conditions and emerging opportunities; attend regular sales deal reviews, pipeline reviews and regional quarterly business reviews
Work with product, marketing and sales leaders to shape campaign themes over time based on the needs of the business
Define common campaign framework, structure and elements to be used that reflects the needs and interests of the Americas
Document the responsibilities of various functions during the campaign planning and execution lifecycle
Coordinate with key functions as they fulfill on the programs that comprise a campaign (demand creation, BDRs, sales enablement, market intelligence) and the tactics that comprise these programs
Act as the primary point of contact for questions on campaign priorities, responsibilities, resources and timing
Work with marketing, sales and operations to define an end-to-end revenue management process and service-level agreements (SLAs) – e.g. for lead definitions, lead capture, lead acceptance/rejection/disqualification reasons, nurture routing – for the local markets that align with global requirements; provide information on related technology requirements; regularly review and assess these processes and diagnose issues that need to be addressed
Work with marketing operations to measure campaign performance and with business leaders to course-correct as campaign execution unfolds
Collaborate with sales leaders to design, deploy and optimize Account-based strategies to drive engagement and potential selling opportunities
Manage external vendors and budgets to drive maximum pipeline for the sales organization
Create and support a culture of segmentation and testing to continuously enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of programs
Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact of demand marketing activities in terms of KPIs aligned to corporate objectives
Support Acoustic’s revenue and pipeline objectives through the creation of quality responses, MQLs, and sales-ready opportunities
Ten or more years in B2B marketing
Five or more years of field marketing leadership experience
Proven record of working with sales to meet or exceed annual growth targets – actual sales experience is highly desirable as well
Experience (in the relevant markets) creating and implementing successful marketing programs that engage new prospects, accounts and customers; leveraging a range of tactics and technologies; and supporting transactional and enterprise business
Track record of success in all areas of responsibility
Record of consistently producing results on time and within budget
Experience marketing, positioning and differentiating similar products and services
