As part of the HLS Industry team inside Industry Solutions, come play a measurable role in accelerating market winning partner adoption of Microsoft’s Health and Life Sciences cloud portfolio – one of Microsoft’s fastest growing industries. Work across Industry Solutions, Engineering, and Global Partner Solutions (GPS) to ensure that top partners have the Microsoft knowledge, resources, tools, and incentives to drive accelerated growth and adoption of our portfolio across Health and Life Sciences customers.

Responsibilities

Work directly with the most strategic HLS partners to drive acceleration in offers, account alignment, pipeline, and revenue acceleration. Work closely with teams across Microsoft to accelerate growth of HLS in key markets. Support development of the broader HLS partner ecosystem through organized training events and partner briefings that focus on the Microsoft HLS partner story. Work closely with engineering and GPS to scale these acceleration processes into the broader Microsoft ecosystem to drive even more industry momentum. Use data driven analysis to track progress and adjust as needed to optimize growth.

Responsibilities

  • Driving HLS offer, pipeline, account, revenue acceleration with the most strategic GSI partners alongside the Industry Solutions Delivery Teams and Global Partner Solutions (GPS) teams

  • Supporting Microsoft HLS partner ecosystem development through organized training events and partner briefings

  • Establish measures of success for key partner initiatives; Drive processes that allow us to measure progress and success ongoing

  • Work across GPS and engineering to scale industry developed processes into the bigger Microsoft engine

Qualifications

Required:

  • Experience working with partner programs at Microsoft or other large technology company

  • Proven experience executing across organizations and at an executive level internal and external to Microsoft

  • Demonstrate proven ability to learn complex topics quickly and at the level required to accomplish the job – in this case learning enough about Health and Life Sciences to be able to communicate and drive the right priority objectives

Preferred:

  • Proven experience driving metrics improvements and managing a business against a metrics dashboard

  • Knowledge of healthcare markets outside of the US

  • Knowledge of life sciences/pharma industry and the differentiations between the vertical areas of HLS (Provider/Payor/Pharma/Life Sciences)

The salary for this role in the state of Colorado is between $123,500 and $214,000.

At Microsoft certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
