As the Program Manager for Role-Based Compliance Training , you will play a crucial role in helping Microsoft Run on Trust. In this role, you will define strategy, develop and implement the Role-Based Compliance curriculum, leading a leading a broad virtual team of internal partners to identify, evaluate, and prioritize courses; building fun and creative learning experiences to develop practical knowledge and awareness of the policies and risks; and measuring the business impact. This role will work closely with key internal stakeholders across WWL, HR, CELA, and Finance Controls & Compliance.


  • Evaluate needs assessment working closely with internal stakeholders.

  • Build curriculum that will improve employee knowledge, skills and capabilities across roles, increasing awareness of policies and decreasing risky behaviors

  • Continuously evaluate and prioritize learning assets.

  • Become a trusted advisor to stakeholders, to define and implement an innovative approach to building needed capabilities in order to exceed business goals.

  • Actively lead the readiness discussions with stakeholders and governance committee.

  • Demonstrated experience in Instructional design and content development.

  • Optimize content for the best delivery, accessibility, search ability, and usefulness for the learner.

  • Build and continuously test and assess the content usage, proposing and implementing improvements based on data.


  • 5 years of working experience, with 3+ years experience in the training and/or learning space.

  • Learning & development expertise in the various capability enablement approaches (formal learning, knowledge management, practice, simulations, etc.), across modern modalities.

  • Experience working with stakeholders, demonstrating strategic thinking, business acumen, communication and presentation skills.

  • Demonstrated expertise collaborating across multiple stakeholder groups to deliver global solutions.

  • Self-starter with proven results building and creating program plans with measurement results.

  • Established project and program management fundamentals.

  • Learner-obsessed and inclusive, brings diverse perspectives together to create accessible, highly relevant content

  • Demonstrated analytical problem solving with an ability to manage through ambiguity.

  • Bachelors Degree or 4 years work experience; Master’s degree preferred
