Required Skills:

Business Integrity Program Manager, Business Partnerships Americas Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with cross-functional teams, in particular our Sales team, to lead or contribute to large scale strategic projects as well as solving ongoing operational problems at scale

  2. Work with data and measurement partners to identify and track key program performance indicators, and ensure the results contribute to overall company, product, customer, and community experience goals

  3. Identify trends to enhance the support and detection processes while improving team efficiency

  4. Improve operational metrics through education initiatives and proactively communicate regular updates, concerns, trends and the impact of changes to internal and external stakeholders

  5. Effectively communicate our broader policy approach to internal and external audiences, representing specific policy areas as required

  6. Inform, influence, and execute new strategies and tactics using sound analysis and impact metrics to support their positions

  7. Leverage data informed insights to drive new products and initiatives

  8. Build strategic relationships with leaders across the Sales and Business Integrity organizations

  9. Manage, coordinate and/or support policy enforcement projects as needed

  10. Telecommuting is permitted from anywhere in the United States

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Master’s degree in Operations Research, Economics, Global Affairs, or related field and 12 months of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Experience must include 12 months of experience involving following:

  2. Understanding and investigating issues, and analyzing patterns and opportunities for improvement

  3. Using region-specific knowledge, signals, and insights to proactively and programmatically identify opportunities that will improve market and user support at scale

  4. Framing opportunities strategically and translating them into actionable insights

  5. Using quantitative analysis, industry research and strategic thinking to scope scalable solutions with real community impact

  6. Acting as a business subject matter expert in managing relationships with internal partner groups
