Job Summary We?re looking for a talented, experienced, and highly motivated commercial leader to join our Medical Technologies Team. This role reports to the SVP, Business Development with significant collaboration across Triple Ring leadership, sales team, finance, legal and technical teams. The Sector Head is a vital role in Triple Ring?s growth strategy and will need to be a strategic, creative, and entrepreneurial leader. This is a highly visible and dynamic position within the company. Responsibilities Establishes and executes the strategy for the chosen sector(s); relentless desire to meet or exceed revenue targets for the sector Has a deep commercial understanding of the chosen sector(s) and its technology strategies Expands awareness of Triple Ring across the sector(s) and overall industry Collaborates with Triple Ring?s marketing team to define and run relevant campaigns and develop content for social media Presents at national and international professional gatherings, leads publication development, actively participates in conference panels Initiates, scopes, and grows sales with senior executives within the sector(s), leveraging appropriate experience, content and subject matter expertise Oversees successful delivery of projects; collaborates with engineering services team to ensure correct mix of talent to meet needs of our clients; works to resolve conflicts and oversees critical deliverables Leads multi-disciplinary teams of SMEs to craft and deliver strategic proposals Maintains own book of business with key clients Consistently tracks activities and opportunities in our CRM (Salesforce.com) Education, Experience, and Skills BS/BA degree required, or equivalent experience; technical background and advanced technical degree is a plus 15 years of experience, including 8 ? 10 years in technical consulting Strong track record of successful business / commercial management Extensive knowledge of the relevant sector(s) trends ? strategic, technical, and regulatory ? with an innate ability to match Triple Ring?s skills / capabilities A great network within your chosen sector(s); ability to gain access to and develop strong relationships with managers and executives within your client organizations Ability to travel on an as-needed basis, supporting client projects and new sales opportunities A well-rounded knowledge of the technology and product development process Ability to convey complex subject matter in a smart, polished way; exceptional presentation and client facing skills Outstanding verbal, written communication, and presentation skills Demonstrated ability to make decisions, solve problems, and exercise good judgment and flexibility Excellent strategic thinking capabilities and change management expertise; sound business judgment and negotiation skills Strong team player and builder
