Cybba Business Development Representative in Boston, Massachusetts

Overview

As a Business Development Representative, you will play an integral role in prospecting and qualifying contacts for our e-commerce marketing and advertising solutions. Cybba?s Business Development Representative program aims to develop a revenue pipeline for the sales team and people pipeline for the entire organization.

Responsibilities

  • Identify quality opportunities through high volume prospecting and creative outbound methods

  • 50 daily activities including phone, video, email, and social outreach

  • Effectively deliver Cybba?s value proposition to new prospects

  • Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections

  • Update leads and prospect interaction in CRM (HubSpot) to ensure efficient lead management

  • Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas to ensure overall team goals are met

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales or relevant experience

  • Motivated, self-starter, team player; ability to work in a high energy sales environment

  • Excellent listening, presentation, written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work individually and collaboratively within a team environment

  • Willingness to try new things and "fall on your face"
