BHE Business Development Manager in Boston, Massachusetts

Panalgo has been a leader in providing custom research services and novel analytics platforms to life science companies for the past 20 years. Panalgo is expanding its offerings and is hiring a Business Development Manager for custom services and products, including the widely-used Instant Health Data (IHD) platform.

The Business Development Manager will focus on hunting for new business from commercial analytics large and medium-sized life science companies. This role will also work to help develop/define the company?s growth strategy as Panalgo continues its rapid expansion.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Identify appropriate executive targets, mine relationships and aggressively prospect into commercial Pharma organizations

  • Develop strategic account plans with corresponding organization chart analysis to ensure BHE targets right buyer persona

  • Develop a solid understanding of our analytics platform and how best to support current and future client needs

  • Industry networking and maintaining strategic relationships

Required Skills:

  • Domain Experience: Proven ability to sell SaaS-based products to various teams in life science companies

  • Content Knowledge: Understanding of Real World Evidence strategies and concepts and their impact on commercial teams

  • Track Record of Success: Consistently achieved or exceeded established quota

  • Accomplished: In lead generation and prospecting activities on a consistent (daily) basis

  • Relationship Development: Enterprise-level experience in selling and up-selling to Fortune 500 companies in the life science sector

  • Communication: Strong communication and presentation skills, with internal teams, prospects, and partners.

  • Strategic: Able to contribute to strategic plans, negotiate contracts, develop new strategic partnerships and work to strengthen relationships with existing customers.

  • A passion for solving customer business problems

    Education and Experience:

  • BS/BA in business, technology, or related fields

  • 4-7+ years of business development experience selling commercial analytics life sciences solutions

  • Willingness to travel
