FocusKPI, Inc. is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team in Boston, MA.
Develop and implement a strategic business development plan consistent with the goals, capabilities and culture of the firm.
Quickly develop situational understanding and fluency on FocusKPI?s offerings and product concepts.
Understanding the client's real needs through empathic conversations.
Work alongside other members of the team to cover a range of business segments.
Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional and cultural groups, and build strategic relationships with client and partner teams to further penetrate existing and prospective clients.
Utilize CRM database for inputting leads and updating sales activity.
Brings substantial relevant experience in B2B Business Development.Requirements:
Bachelor?s Degree or above.
A collaborative, respectful and confident approach to working with colleagues and investors.
4+ years of sales and business development experience.
Previous experience in direct sales/account management in IT technology.
Understands the real (strategic) needs and context behind a prospect?s request - You?re experienced in building proposals tailored to their objectives that focus entirely on the deliverables that we can offer.
Solid presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiences.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
Is available to start around Oct-Nov 2020.
MBA or CFA a plus
