What you’ll do
Responsible to provide multi-functional leadership and strategic direction for C> Enterprise Solutions offering in North America and will report to the USCAN Region C> Commercial Leader. This role is responsible for ownership of the strategy and pipeline from prospecting to organization with the regional commercial teams, legal, finance, quality and R&D to drive the short and long-term revenue and profitability of the business.
Act as the primary liaison between external collaborators and internal stakeholders to ensure effective commercialization of new products and capabilities through the global commercial organization.
Develop sales strategies, maintain key account plans and identify growth opportunities by analyzing market, territory including prospecting for new customers establish relationships with them.
Develop the in-region go-to-market strategy and partner with commercial teams – account managers, sales specialists to drive implementation.
Accountable for region sales revenue performance within the region.
Partner with our internal teams to understand and build portfolio wide offerings that drive understanding and the delivery of digital solutions, analytics and diagnostics in personalized medicine.
Represent voice of customer internally be advocacy of customer needs
Coach and assist the account managers, sales specialists and field applications teams with the differentiation of product offerings during the various stages of the sales process to actively move the customer through their decision-making process towards a successful outcome for Cytiva.
Accountable for timely and accurate forecasting of pipeline and sales per the normal reporting cycles to Provide input to and contribute to the formulation of the yearly business planning cycles
Attention to administrative responsibilities: Monthly reports, expenses, forecasting, yearly reviews, call database updates, opportunity details and other operational requirements.
Who you are
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a Life Science subject or comparable work experience required
At least 5 years of experience in account management, Sales, product management or strategic business development role in the biotech market.
Cell therapy, cell culture, Biology or cell processing experience is required
Prior cross countries/regional experience is required
Excellent listening and presentation/business acumen skills, with a self-motivated and results driven personality
Ability to analyze the actual market situation and identify potential new prospective accounts to accelerate business growth
Must have a strong understanding of upstream and/or downstream bioprocess
Strong business acumen including knowledge of CMO, CDMO or CRO services supporting clinical development.
Willing and able to effectively work within a team selling environment and ongoing proper utilization of internal resources
Strong knowledge of Cytiva and exceptional knowledge of products offered within the CT or Viral Vector/Gene Therapy industry.
Results orientated, highly driven, self-motivated with the determination to succeed within a fast-paced and very sophisticated environment.
