Job Duties:

Manage all aspects of business intelligence and market research to drive forth company business deals and market positioning, and support the company's overall goals and reporting needs. Understand and measure market insights, and support our overall marketing strategies and business decisions by developing and executing on data-driven programs. Develop improved reporting guidelines and metrics to support business development initiatives, including account-based marketing, demand and lead generation, sales and deals pipeline, market research, and intelligent benchmarks. Track, identify, and understand key market players and target accounts’ behavior. Generate actionable insights through competitive intelligence tracking and analysis. Analyze the machine learning data pipeline. Support the performance reporting of marketing campaigns, demand generation, and digital marketing initiatives.

Position requirements: MBA or Master’s degree in marketing or a closely related field, and two years of experience performing marketing analytics.

Experience, which can be gained concurrently, must include:

  • 2 years of experience working with research platform, performance analytics, and email deliverability tools such as Hubspot CRM, Google Analytics, SPSS, or MailChimp’

  • 2 years of expertise utilizing data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio or Tableau

  • 2 years of experience performing quantitative and/or qualitative research for marketing purposes

  • 2 years of experience designing KPIs, diagnostic metrics and benchmarks, including defining effective targets to drive optimal outcomes

  • 2 years of experience in data, analytics, business intelligence, or performance management

  • 2 years of experience performing competitive intelligence analysis for markets such as automotive, media analytics, or other AI software solutions

  • 2+ years of experience in AI/deep learning industry/market; and

  • 2 years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
