Must-have skills for this role:
Accounting Center certification
Workday Financials certification (R2R preferable, but S2P or Q2C are good)
Prism certification
Lead and manage the design, implementation, configuration, testing, and support of Accounting Center and Prism.
Support and enhance financial processes across the R2R (Record to Report) module in Workday Financials.
Work closely with cross-functional teams and client to define requirements and provide solutions to optimize business processes.
Oversee Accounting Center project timelines and deliverables, ensuring on-time completion of financial system-related initiatives.
Maintain data accuracy and integrity within financial systems, ensuring seamless data flow across modules.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
What are some nice-to-have skills:
At least 3+ years of experience as an Accounting Center Lead
Experience working with EPIC healthcare system for revenue
At least 2+ years of experience working with healthcare clients
Soft skills: good time management and project management.
Collaborates well with others, experience in client-facing roles. More analytical and detail-oriented than other workstreams, requires good understanding of data structures and architecture.
