The Broker Channel Development Associate contributes to the overall success of the evolving broker channel through strategy setting, market administration, sales & data analytics, and management of campaigns and sales initiatives. The Broker Channel Development Associate work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
The Broker Channel Development Associate develops key performance indicators to drive sales program effectiveness and to ensure cost efficiencies. Provide data driven expertise and management reporting to improve sales performance and increase market share. Develop go-to-market strategies that identify new business opportunities to increase overall sales growth and retention. Identify key areas of improvement through sales and market analysis. Collaborate closely with market sales leaders, marketing and product teams to ensure effective, strategic, and competitive broker solutions. Influence department's strategy and take self-directed initiative to drive detailed action plans to completion. Makes decisions regarding technical approach for project components, and work may be performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field
2 - 4 years experience managing large to midscale projects to completion
2 - 4 years experience with channel distribution (channel relations, sales enablement, or related experience)
Proficiency in data management, analyzing and interpreting financial trends
Proficiency with Salesforce/CRM
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, TEAMS, and PowerPoint
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
