<p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p>

<p>As the Brand Manager for Wayfair Professional, you will be at the forefront of defining and executing our brand strategy. You’ll develop and implement comprehensive strategies to enhance brand recognition and market positioning, ensuring a consistent brand identity across all channels. Your role will involve leading brand positioning initiatives, managing and optimizing campaigns, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, creative, and category management to drive brand growth and deepen customer engagement.</p>

<p><strong>What You’ll Need:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Bachelor’s, MBA, or advanced degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).</li>

<li>5+ years of experience in brand management or a related role, with a proven track record of successful brand campaigns and strategic initiatives.</li>

<li>Strong understanding of brand development and management, with expertise in digital marketing and content creation.</li>

<li>Familiarity with the creative process and how creative teams work to ensure that the brief provides all necessary guidance.</li>

<li>Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey brand messages to diverse audiences.</li>

<li>Ability to develop and execute long-term brand strategies that align with business goals.</li>

<li>Proven project management abilities, with experience overseeing multiple initiatives simultaneously.</li>

<li>Experience in generating innovative ideas and solutions to enhance brand identity and engagement.</li>

<li>Proficiency in interpreting market data, performance metrics, and consumer insights to make informed decisions.</li>

<li>Capability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, manage direct reports, and drive projects to completion.</li>

<li>A strong interest and knowledge of the Interior Design and/or Commercial Office industries is a plus.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Willingness to travel 5-10% of the time.</li>

<p><strong>An Important Note about Wayfair's In-Office Policy:</strong></p>

<p>All Boston-based interns, Co-ops, and corporate employees will be in office in a hybrid capacity. Employees will work in the office on designated days, Monday - Thursday, and work remotely Friday.</p>
