The Brand Experience, VP executes long-term growth strategies with a solution based sales approach, establishing and managing account teams, setting clear and measurable expectations, working across the enterprise to engage all practices. Skilled and successful in conducting strategic discussions at the highest possible level in order to build relationships and deliver on a value-added proposition with both internal team members, clients and partners. In addition to maintaining existing business, you are responsible for expanding and deepening service offering across all Freeman products and services. You are a leader who sets the bar by example and operate at the highest level of the value chain, delivering exceptional strategic, creative and operational excellence with the highest degree of customer service.

  • Direct Brand Experience team. Hire, fire, coach, mentor and appraise staff.

  • Responsibility over multiple accounts with a focus on professional services

  • Responsible for keeping all account relationship on track. This includes successful relationship building, program execution and delivery on customer service imperatives

  • Anticipates and closely manages potential obstacles, build back-up plan in place and escalates as needed to senior leadership

  • Works with leadership to identify resources (roles & responsibilities) needed for program support and works with key partners

  • Successfully engage across Freeman enterprise

  • Ensure the successful management of all communications, both internal and external related to account assignments

  • Provides clear direction, information and expectations to team members, vendors, suppliers and additional resources

  • Responsible for quality control and highest possible output for all deliverables from all practices

  • Responsible for managing overall profitability of individual programs

  • Provide supports and reporting on key account relationships to senior leadership

  • Stays current on industry trends, event marketing activities and general marketing practices

  • Prepares all account updates including sales forecasts, account plans, staffing and resource needs and business development plans, related to individual accounts.

  • Uncovers new sales opportunities within existing accounts

  • Works with leadership team to determine specific growth targets and metrics

  • Generates new business activity on assigned targets

  • Supports leadership team with specific assignments and tasks as directed


  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university. Master’s Degree preferred.

  • Ten (10) or more years of related experience.

  • Five (5) or more years of project managerial experience.

  • Proven ability to lead teams in the successful and profitable production of opportunities.

  • Frequent travel is required.
