<p><strong>B2C Design Services - Sales Strategy &amp; Ops - Analyst/ Co-op</strong></p>

<p><strong>January 9th, 2023 - June 23rd, 2023</strong></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Design Services is an inbound sales team that sits within B2C Specialized Sales and drives incremental value to Wayfair. The team currently has 21 agents (designers), each with interior design and sales backgrounds. After recently launching the program across all WF Brands, the team is in the process of scaling and growing the program. As a member of the Design Services Strategy team you will assist the team in monitoring key metric performance, identifying trends, and providing ad hoc and recurring root cause analyses, to help the team understand and action upon business performance.&nbsp;</span></p>

<p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p>

<p><strong>Business Analysis and Insights:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Manage monthly KPI Deep Dives, including compiling data across various sources within our STO for store and team level reporting, providing summaries to manager of potential highlights, lowlights, emerging trends. Filling out template for our monthly business performance review&nbsp;</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Refresh weekly KPI reporting (to be used for weekly team meetings)</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Own lead quality assessment (codifying lead types and quality) and provide proactive updates to the team surrounding trends in lead data&nbsp;</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Assist in data retrieval and analysis for executive business updates</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ad hoc analyses of KPI trends across omnichannel design services teams</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Assist in trends in Design Services marketing placements</span></li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Process Improvement:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and insight processes and present them to the team at the end of the internship&nbsp;</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Document all reporting processes so another team member could execute</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Help analyze the supplier onboarding process and provide recommendations to improve</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Refresh competitor benchmarking analysis on tools and capabilities (ad hoc)</span></li>

<p><strong>What You’ll Need:</strong></p>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Quantitatively-oriented</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Thrive in fast paced and collaborative environments</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Interest in learning SQL/Excel (experience helpful, not required)</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Previous relevant work experience (internship, summer job, or co-op) is preferred</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Currently pursuing Bachelors degree</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Able to commit to working 40 hours/week (9am-5pm, Monday-Friday) from Jan 9 - June 23, 2023</span></li>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Based in Wayfair’s Boston headquarters, Our co-op program is a six-month, full-time, paid program that runs twice annually in January to June and July to December Through the co-op program, students have the opportunity to gain impactful professional experience in their major or career field of interest by fully integrating with Wayfair business units. While the majority of Wayfair co-ops join directly from an academic program, some co-ops join us from varying professional and academic backgrounds seeking a six-month professional experience. In addition to exciting project work, Wayfair co-ops have the opportunity to build their professional networks, take advantage of training offerings, and attend social events throughout the program.</span></p>

<p><strong><em>An Important Note about </em></strong><strong><em>Wayfair's In-Office Policy:</em></strong></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 500;">All Boston-based interns, co-ops, and corporate employees will be in office in a hybrid capacity. Employees will work in the office on designated days, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and work remotely the other 2 days of the week.
