Ovia Health B2B Marketing Manager - Demand Generation & Growth Marketing in Boston, Massachusetts

We’re looking for an experienced B2B marketer and compelling storyteller with demonstrated success in the B2B marketing, demand generation, and/or employer benefits space to drive our marketing strategy, messaging, materials, and events. You will lead a diverse range of campaigns from strategy and design through development and execution. You will have a meaningful impact on Ovia Health’s brand and marketing strategy, while also contributing to our vision to improve the world for women and families!


  • Own the growth marketing strategy for our maternity and family benefits solutions for employers and health plans, leading demand generation and sales support

  • Develop content and digital marketing strategy and plan to drive demand, grow pipeline, and nurture prospects in target segments. Enable Sales reps to build and nurture relationships by equipping them with personalized content to engage with prospects and customers at multiple touch-points

  • Drive benefits events and conference strategy and execution, including planning, setup, collateral, participation, speaking and other

  • Collaborate with Sales and Business Development leadership to define priority marketing strategies and align them them with overall growth strategy for the division

  • Drive successful conversion of prospective buyers to active customers through integrated mix of activities: digital, field, SDR programs

  • Develop, test and scale effective digital marketing campaigns across email, SEO, SEM, and social. Leverage data and analytics to create campaigns for at targeted audiences.

  • Oversee the company's web properties and marketing automation tools

  • Direct a structured and strategic analytics and reporting program that drives speed and clarity in decision making on investments

  • Define objectives and initiatives for B2B Employer and Health Plan marketing plan aligned to company mission and roadmap, and communicate calendar and key results internally

  • Understand and empathize with our amazing customers and end-users, their mindsets, goals, and motivations, and translate that understanding into creative and marketing campaigns

  • Leverage Ovia Health’s clinical research and reach to millions of women and families to engage our customers and lead the way in how women and families should be supported in the workforce and the healthcare system


We value smarts and drive! We'd also like to see:

  • 7-10 years of marketing experience with ideally 2+ years experience in the growth marketing, B2B or healthcare space

  • Passion for supporting women and families in the healthcare system and workplace

  • Broad knowledge and proven experience in demand generation, digital, social, and sales enablement

  • Intellectually curious, agile, adventurous, and innovative professional who is excited to come to work everyday to solve meaningful problems!

  • Prior experience with marketing tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics etc.)

  • Excellent project management skills and understanding of how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex, fast-paced environment

  • Desire to strive for breakthrough campaign ideas that deliver positive ROI and meaning to our customers’ organizations and users’ lives

  • Ability to use analytics and data to tell a story, and report on content, social, and web performance, conversion ratios and other KPIs

  • Experience at a fast-paced, high growth environment or start-up a plus

  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA a plus
