Job Summary

B2B MARKETING MANAGER

Position Overview: The B2B Marketing Manager is a technically savvy individual that has demonstrated experience with a variety of B2B marketing activities and tactics that contribute to organizational growth. This individual will be primarily responsible for developing strong and innovative online and offline marketing strategies to drive engagement with our brand and services. This high-impact role will work across functions and interact with team members, partners, vendors, and senior leaders.

For this position, you will own a significant trade show agenda from soup to nuts, driving attendee engagement pre- and post-show while taking charge of marketing performance analytics. Ultimately, this person should be able to effectively connect our brand with our prospects and clients.

Reports to: VP/Dir of Marketing + Communications

Responsibilities:

  • Build brand awareness that supports the targeted growth strategy across all Company’s business. Ensure consistency of brand equity and message.

  • Develop creative marketing solutions to drive incoming leads and develop tracking tools to measure success and ROI.

  • Event Management - end-to-end management of events e.g. Trade shows, Industry events, and Partner events.

  • Develop key measurements to drive accountability that evaluates performance of every marketing channel (media, digital, trade shows, direct mail etc.)

  • Track and measure the performance of every marketing channel and recommend improvements to marketing spend and develop key measurements to drive accountability.

  • Help to drive the development of integrated B2B growth strategies and tactics, and implement marketing plans to achieve business goals.

  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.

  • Develop and implement marketing tactics (ex: digital, trade, thought leadership, display, direct mail).

  • Analyze attribution metrics and suggest solutions to boost growth.

  • Stay up-to-date on marketplace insights: Trends, market assessments, strategic value drivers.

  • Works effectively with internal resources utilized to execute tactics.

  • Develop marketing materials and assets for the brand.

  • Ensure on-target website strategy, content, and images

    Key Skills and Capabilities Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field required.

  • Previous experience promoting a service into the Senior Living, Hospital, or Healthcare industry is ideal.

  • Experience working with a sales team to drive lead generation is a plus.

  • The ideal candidate will have 5-7+ years of B2B experience in marketing, brand, and/or content strategy development.

  • Experience in Hospitality or Contract Food Management preferred. Service industry experience a must.

  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.

  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, display advertising, including Google AdWords.

  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels, A/B and multivariate experiments.

  • Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS, WordPress.

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
