Job Description

Responsible for strategy and management of Concentrix/Concentrix Tigerspikes AWS partnership with emphasis on cultivating and maintaining relationships within AWS to increase revenue and profit for Concentrix/Concentrix Tigerspike.

Responsible for strategy and management of Concentrix/Concentrix Tigerspikes AWS partnership with emphasis on cultivating and maintaining relationships within AWS to increase revenue and profit for Concentrix/Concentrix Tigerspike.

This position shall have a variety of responsibilities including:

  • managing the overall AWS partner strategy and coordination for Concentrix/Concentrix Tigerspike;

  • serve as primary contact for AWS within Concentrix/Concentrix Tigerspike;

  • effectively communicating Concentrix/Concentrix Tigerspikes value proposition and solution suite to the AWS sales representatives to increase mind share and leads from AWS;

  • designing strategy and practices which improve Concentrix AWS partner status;

  • developing and maintaining business relationships;

  • strengthening existing relationships and collaborations;

  • building professional networks;

  • delivering presentations and attending sales meetings/partner sessions;

  • managing AWS partner campaigns, sales pipeline, forecast and identifying new AWS-led business opportunities to achieve sales quota; managing all partner cadence for internal/external QBRs;

  • evaluating partner sales performance and recommending improvements;

  • assisting in partner marketing activities such as campaigns and other promotional activities;

  • directly increasing the leads and revenue that come from AWS to Concentrix;

  • prospecting and managing sales activities to generate Concentrix/Concentrix Tigerspike revenue; and

  • providing weekly sales, marketing, forecast and competitive information to Concentrix CXTI & Concentrix Tigerspike leadership.

This position requires strategic thinking, amiable personality, positive outlook, and expert communication skills. Organizational skills and the ability to drive sales outcomes and thrive in a fast-paced environment are also crucial.

Must be highly motivated and able to function independently within their territory as well as within a cross-functional team. Manage relationships to build the brand and the business. Champion and manage new projects to create a stronger partnership. Build the organizational network through targeted outreach and strong project planning. Liaise with AWS to solve issues, communicate needs and create synergy. Analyze and report on AWS partner initiatives, forecast for strategic changes and report on key metrics Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication, and organizational skills are required. Ability to assemble and present effective sales presentations at the C-Level is a requirement.
