Iron Mountain Associate Product Enablement Manager in Boston, Massachusetts

Mission of Role:

To provide Sales training and collateral focused on the essential understanding of Iron Mountain’s products/services in order to exceed internal and ultimately external customer’s needs and organization’s sales targets.

Title of Role:

Associate Product Enablement Manager to help enable and empower our internal teams with the relevant product knowledge for all products in our current portfolio and new products.

In this Role:

You will work closely with the Product Enablement Manager and with the subject matter experts, product marketing, and product managers to develop and design training and other content and deliver this content in a manner that coincides with appropriate training techniques and pedagogy. Together with the Product Enablement Manager, you will develop and deliver a curriculum consisting of but not limited to (eLearning and live or blended learning) product training/sessions that ensure consistency of understanding of our products’ value, functionality, and differentiators.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create and continuously deliver training programs and content

  • Maintain materials to be up to date

  • Assist in globalizing content

  • Analyze data to determine the success of content and trainings and adjust accordingly

Our ideal candidate has:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in either learning & design, enablement, or training

  • Proficiency in: Google Slides, Docs, Sheets, Course design software and tools

  • Experience or curiosity in Adult Learning Theory: understanding how adults learn and best retain information

  • Any former sales background or experience is a plus!

  • Ability to analyze feedback and data to determine the success of a training program

  • Ability to internalize the knowledge given by subject matter experts and present the information in a simplistic manner

  • Ability to connect product’s features and function capability to customer conversations and differentiating from our competitors

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Education, Business, or a related degree
