As an Associate Manager on the US eCommerce Category Management team, you will be a steward of the business and tasked with accelerating growth through full price activations. This person should be thoughtful and thorough in reviewing business opportunities, collaborative with steering cross-functional teams to united objectives, and have a passion for product and driving sales. You will be responsible for building the US eCommerce activation calendar for your category launches and for executing against each activation (inclusive of any partnerships, assets, and campaigns). You will cross-functionally partner with relevant marketing teams while developing the activation strategy. As the digital expert, you will also guide digital content creation and online merchandising strategy to create a best-in-class digital experience and story from the start of the creation process to how it translates throughout the full funnel.
Key Accountabilities :
Create holistic full price activation strategy for your categories
Manage implementation and execution of digital content in alignment to the business strategy
Coordinate with channel owners to create and drive campaign content and copy briefs for Creative team
Drive US eComm merchandising strategy and ensure execution for your categories
Ensure product readiness (PDP’s, inventory, copy and image, metadata) for product launches
Identify activation opportunities in order to optimize and maximize product performance
Knowledge Skills and Abilities :
Solid knowledge of eCommerce category management and/or merchandising
Solid knowledge of digital brand commerce
Excellent collaborator with the ability to take a project from concept through to execution
Great management and organizational skills; the ability to prioritize and multi-task
Great communications skills, both verbal and written
Solid skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- 2+ years of digital ecommerce experience: category management, activations, merchandising or marketing fields
