Purpose:

The Licensing Associate Manager will be responsible for key functions that support the full portfolio of Reebok’s licensed partnerships. They will maintain all facets of SEA compliance to uphold brand standards at the highest level, and they will coordinate quarterly financial reporting and forecasting from all licensees. The Associate Manager will also be responsible for the day-to-day management of a small subset of licensees, which will include supporting their success at all stages of the product cycle: design, development, marketing, and sales distribution.

Key Accountabilities:

Lead SEA compliance for all licensees via systems setup and continual tracking. This includes factory compliance with FFC database, as well as compliance with all adidas-group product safety policies.

Track royalty reporting and financial forecasts from all licensees, and facilitate quarterly updates between Licensing and Finance teams.

Responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of licensed partnerships.

Facilitate annual business reviews with subset of licensees to track successes and challenges and to ensure strategy alignment

Coordinate large meetings as needed, which might include merchandising show rooms and handling all planning aspects for licensees to attend NAM and Global milestone meetings as well as a separate Licensee Summit.

Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage time on a variety of projects

Qualifications:

2 years relevant work experience

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
