A&G is looking for a Manager, Program Management to join our CX team – where you’ll manage projects and programs across design, business, and technology to help our clients create and launch new digital products and services. You’ll also play a significant role in helping refine and evolve A&G’s agency program management best practices and ways of working.
We want to hear from you if:
You have spent 8+ years managing the full lifecycle of complex projects and programs within a professional services company. Agency experience is highly preferred.
You’re an emotionally intelligent team builder who can develop and maintain strong relationships and gain the confidence of internal teams and clients.
You’re known for exercising sound business judgment, strong analytical thinking skills and you have a proven ability to influence and lead others through ambiguity.
You have a clear understanding of the agile & hybrid methodologies and tools required to deliver outstanding digital products and services.
You’re proficient with current software and program management programs (Smartsheet, Asana, MS Office, Outlook, etc.).
You demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills and are comfortable and confident operating independently.
You thrive in a close-knit team environment where you have the opportunity to make meaningful contributions from the get-go.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Partner with A&G business leadership to pursue, shape, and sell holistic client solutions.
Lead the development, management, and tracking of cross-functional, multi-track projects and/or programs, ensuring that program-wide roles and responsibilities are defined and that teams are structured to ensure maximum performance and optimal delivery.
Develop and manage relationships with key client stakeholders and client executives to drive participation, alignment, and collaboration across initiatives.
Manage peer-level client relationships (expectations, communications, negotiations, escalation, feedback, etc.).
Provide clarity, purpose, direction, and motivation to teams while overseeing the development of project deliverables.
Contribute to the ongoing development of the Program Management capability and CX team community, providing mentoring and coaching as appropriate, and actively sharing knowledge and learnings from project experiences.
Participate in recruitment and hiring activities.
Participate in, and assist with, company events such as training and internal initiatives.
Manage third-party partner and/or contractor relationships, as necessary.
