Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the coordination and completion of strategic projects across various functional areas

  • Typically, these projects are designed to advance consumerism within our organization

  • Manage large scale business transformation and technology programs including stakeholder management, CBA development, financial management, operational readiness and value realization plans

  • Present to stakeholders and senior management on product updates and expected results

  • Manage overall plan, issue resolution and monitor execution

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate Degree

  • 5+ years of health care experience

  • 5+ years of experience in management of Product Management, Project Management or PMO programs

  • Experience working in a national or global company

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, team building and relationship management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA

  • Big 4 Consulting Experience

  • PMI certification

  • Prior success leading programs / portfolios of $1M+ within large, complex managed care and/or insurance organization
