Wayfair Associate Director, Product Marketing - Supplier Marketing in Boston, Massachusetts

<p><strong>Location: </strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">Boston, MA</span></p>

<p><strong>Summary: </strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">Partner Home (PH) is Wayfair’s supplier facing ecosystem that enables our 16,000+ supplier-partners to manage and grow their business through Wayfair.&nbsp; As part of that ecosystem, the Supplier Marketing team closely collaborates with Product Management, Engineering, Content Strategy, Category and Ops teams in order to drive successful outcomes for our supplier base.&nbsp;</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">As the Associate Director of the Product Marketing team, you will own the global product release and marketing communications strategy for all Partner Home tool and feature launches, working closely with various Product Management teams to drive scalable adoption for Wayfair’s entire supplier base. You will be part of the global Supplier Marketing department whose mission it is to drive supplier engagement &amp; success across Wayfair’s platform by surfacing the right content &amp; messaging, at the right time, through the right channels, to the right supplier contact. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Supplier Marketing sits within the Global Supplier organization which includes all team’s with a vested interest in optimizing the supplier experience一Product Management, Supplier Support, and Marketing一requiring close and continuous collaboration.</span></p>

<p><strong>What You Will Do</strong></p>

<ul>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Recruit, onboard, and lead a growing team of product marketing associates and managers</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Empower team to develop, manage and execute the product marketing release plans for new Partner Home tools, feature updates, and platform design enhancements&nbsp;</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Together with Product Management, define supplier targeting and release cadence strategy (e.g., first to access new tools, product release bundling, and messaging)</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Build and maintain a centralized digital repository of all past, present and future Partner Home launches</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Serve as the product marketing center of excellence, setting the governance and marketing standards for commercial offerings executed by other teams to ensure a consistent</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> “look and feel” of all go-to-market launches to suppliers</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Oversee the establishment of the governance structure for Partner Home’s digital adoption software and lead the broader team through a major software transition planned for H2 2022</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Develop the long-term vision for the Supplier Council, Wayfair’s list of opt-in research participants, with a clear plan to build &amp; maintain membership YoY&nbsp;</span></li>

<p><strong>What You Will Need</strong></p>

<ul>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">8+ years’ of professional experience with 4+ years experience in product marketing, ideally within a SaaS or B2B environment</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">MBA preferred but not required&nbsp;</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to learn and act quickly, make decisions and draw conclusions in the face of ambiguity</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience in managing, building diverse teams and creating an inclusive and supportive environment</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Intellectually curious, high energy, with a strong work ethic and a desire to work in a fast-paced, high stakes team environment</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">“Get stuff done” attitude – willingness to roll up your sleeves and engage deeply with associates or managers, across multiple teams and agendas, to accomplish what needs to be done</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Senior presence; able to clearly and consistently work side-by-side with a broad range of senior leaders and functions to achieve objectives</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to identify and succinctly summarize roadblocks and constraints, propose potential solutions, and drive towards resolution</span></li>
