This is what you will do:
Alexion is seeking to establish new ways of building and delivering omnichannel customer experiences to patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers. The Associate Director, Omnichannel Strategy Lead will play a critical role in Alexion’s evolution by partnering with an assigned business unit to translate brand strategies into cohesive customer engagement plans. This individual will be the subject matter expert across three main omnichannel capabilities for an assigned business unit: digital media, content development and management, and insights generation.
You will be responsible for:
Providing subject matter expertise around digital media strategies to assigned US Marketing teams
Staying up to date on the evolving digital marketing landscape, including data/privacy regulations, technology advancements, and platform changes
Defining and prioritizing creative asset development with an agile marketing “pod” team (scrum master, copywriter, etc.) to be in alignment with brand goals and priorities
Reporting on digital performance and deriving actionable insights and recommendations for assigned marketing teams
Piloting and championing above-brand innovations and capabilities on assigned marketing teams
You will need to have:
Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of digital marketing experience, with a high priority given to those with pharmaceutical/biotech experience
Deep understanding of digital marketing tactics, including paid media, social media, SEO/SEM, and the technology platforms that enable them.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proven ability to communicate new ideas to a variety of stakeholders
Robust analytical skills to evaluate omnichannel performance and identify the key insights that will yield actionable improvements.
Track record of successfully delivering initiatives on-time and on-budget with proven customer engagement and business results
The duties of this role are generally conducted in an office environment.
