As part of the OBU DD&T team, you will report to the Head of Omnichannel Products.
The role of the Digital Campaigns position, as SME, will provide thought leadership, strategic guidance, product management direction, campaign design suggestions with primary accountability leading a team responsible for building and the orchestration of omnichannel (HCP, Patient) digital campaigns across email, ads, websites, SMS, field suggestions, and offline programs.
This includes coordinating resources and working with cross functional team members and third party contractors/ consultants in order to deliver projects and enhancements according to plan. This person ensures all functions within Takeda Oncology are represented during resource allocation and enhancement prioritization. This position is responsible for product management, planning, design, development, testing, and release of Healthcare Provider and Patient campaigns, tracking platform changes and ensuring team keeps updated support documentation and follow Global Data & Technology Standards and OBU end-users are satisfied.
How you will contribute:
You will partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Insights & Analytics, Sales, Strategy & Operations) to create the digital campaigns product vision and guide the successful implementation and operations of a capability roadmap that meet latest data privacy, data security, and compliance requirements.
Own the value generation and thought leadership for the digital campaigns by balancing short and long term objectives. Drive decisions on investment, budget, and resource allocation to optimize OBU and customer benefits.
Deliver a multi year product roadmap for the various digital campaign platforms, balancing quick wins and strategic initiatives that deliver organizational value.
Influence and collaborate with DD&T Leadership, other Product Owners, and stakeholders to align digital and technical goals with the vision and roadmap of OBU Omnichannel strategy.
Collect and analyze omnichannel insights to inform digital campaigns roadmap and prioritization.
Prioritize and orchestrate campaign delivery schedule to best serve the strategic interests of all Oncology brands and functions.
Oversee creation of email templates to improve content personalization and velocity, ensure adherence to subscriber opt management and pull through email best practices.
Guide teams on platform enhancements, new capabilities to acquire based on digital omnichannel campaign goals, needs, and strategies.
Participate in campaign performance review and assist with recommending and pulling thru actionable recommendations.
Tracks and manages timelines, directs team resources for all enhancements to digital product.
Manage enhancement and requirements gathering process and translate into product roadmap.
Consider, and improve, the customer/user experience when designing and releasing new campaigns or system enhancements.
Plan and oversee testing, prototyping, and/or incubation of advanced technologies related to HCP, Patient or business user experience within the OBU.
Oversee the campaign development team’s progress and adherence to business requirements
Manage relationship between OBU, product teams, and GDT platform and service teams.
Escalation management related to Product Team scope.
Use approved GDT tools and methods to plan and coordinate technical design, development, testing, deployments, and releases for all OBU campaigns.
Technical/Functional (Line) Expertise
You are an Omnichannel Digital Marketing expert and a proven program/project manager who will drive HCP and Patient campaigns from ideation through to execution and optimization.
Ability and experience in keeping up with best in class industry trends in digital marketing.
Experience writing technical documentation, evaluating work processes and implementing process improvements.
Familiar with Agile Methodology and experience using tools (ie. Jira) to oversee and manage the end-to-end product delivery.
Deep understanding of digital marketing tactics (e.g. websites, email, paid media, social media, SEO, mobile apps, etc.) and the technology platforms that enable them.
Deliver effective optimization recommendation based in sound understanding of campaign insights and technologies.
Ability to both lead, influence, and actively collaborate on working teams and in meetings.
Lead relevant forums with internal and external stakeholders to discuss status and ensure projects stay on track by capturing and resolving risks.
Understanding of effective operational processes and technology.
Uses discretion with sensitive and confidential company information.

Strong analytical skills.
Able to work and deliver on deadlines while managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Minimum 7 years work experience, preferably in pharmaceutical, biologic, biotech, medical device, or healthcare consulting industries.
Minimum 3+ years of digital marketing or product management experience.
Familiar with Platforms SalesForce Marketing Cloud, Personalization, Veeva.
Prior experience working in agile methodology and experience using tools (ie. Jira) to oversee and manage the end-to-end omnichannel product delivery.
Proven track record in delivering integrated marketing projects with measured outcomes
Excellent verbal and written skills, allowing for an open and effective dialogue throughout the company.
Bachelor's degree – BS/BA
Media/Advertising Agency Experience
Experienced with email campaigns, familiar with CANSPAM, Consent, Mobile, Header, ISI, AE reporting and with tagging or UTM tracking codes and performance optimization.
Experience managing teams to support the delivery of digital marketing or commercial IT solutions or services and influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders.
Excellent influencing skills, with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively with key business partners, stakeholders, and external service providers.
Occasional short-term travel for conferences, training, or development opportunities.
Position is located in Boston, MA.
