Keurig Dr Pepper Associate Customer Marketing Manager in Boston, Massachusetts

Job Overview

The Associate Customer Marketing Manager, Away from Home (AFH) Customer Marketing will be responsible for executing and developing channel strategy and account specific marketing objectives using industry and shopper insights to drive growth. He/She will join the AFH customer marketing team, focused on building relationships with our channel customers. He/She will work closely with internal cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Marketing Communications, Beverage & Brewer Commercialization) and external agencies to develop and execute customer-focused, B2B marketing campaigns and initiatives. Ultimately, the Associate Marketing Manager will execute against the marketing plan to win in the Office Coffee Service, OCS channel and with developing out-of-home sectors.

What you will do:

  • CHANNEL STRATEGY : Define and execute a marketing strategy for select Office Coffee Service customers and opportunity sectors such as Healthcare, Manufacturing & Education. Develop specific marketing plans to acquire new accounts and drive retention, bringing to life the Keurig Commercial coffeehouse experience and improving end-user and guest satisfaction.

  • MEDIA & COMMUNICATIONS : Develop and manage omnichannel communications, including digital, social, industry partnerships and customer relationships. Brief and lead external agencies and partners from planning to execution.

  • DIGITAL MARKETING PLATFORMS : Manage, develop and enhance current and new sales enablement platforms and digital marketing tools inclusive of content creation, POP development, and reporting.

  • PRESENTATIONS : Build and deliver compelling presentations to multiple audience levels, including leadership, national accounts and other major opportunities within the Office Coffee Services channel and growth sectors.

  • INSIGHTS & RESULTS : Leverage consumer and shopper insights to inform the overall marketing strategy. Analyze program results and develop recommendations for improvement.

  • PROJECT MANAGEMENT : Champion major projects across cross-functional partners, and effectively communicate with sales teams, customers, prospects and partners. Build effective and productive relationships with customers and external partners.

  • TRADESHOWS & EVENTS : Support major conferences and events, collaborating closely with Sales to develop marketing materials, customer presentations and assist with product sampling.

  • BUDGETING : Track and manage initiatives against a budget and timeline

  • Performs other duties as requested by AFH Marketing / management



What you must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in a Fortune 500 company or in B2B Marketing, Office Coffee Service Marketing, CPG Marketing or related industries

  • Sales/category/customer-facing experience preferred, and experience with an Away from Home channel is a desired

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to clearly communicate and deliver presentations

  • Strong project and people management skills , critical and creative thinking, and problem-solving skills are a must

  • Passionate, self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented

  • Strong reporting, analysis and measurement skills

  • High adaptability; Able to multi-task and be energized in a fast and changing business environment

  • Experience in working with and managing creative agencies & other external partners

  • General knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards

  • Be a leader, deliver solutions and speed to action.

  • Ability to travel as needed including travel for marketing and sales meetings, tradeshows and/or customer shows and meetings with external partners

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite a must (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

  • This role is based at the KDP Burlington, MA headquarters

  • Ability to travel up to 15% to support customer opportunities & conferences
