Keurig Dr Pepper Associate Brand Manager in Boston, Massachusetts

Job Overview

The Associate Brand Manager is responsible for supporting the creation and execution of key foundational equity elements for the overall Keurig brand and new product initiatives. This position will be part of the Keurig Brand Experiences Team which reports into the Coffee Business Unit. Primary responsibilities include supporting the development of core brand assets, positioning, naming, packaging, and holistic advertising campaign development. Opportunity to exercise strategic and creative thinking skills and work with both internal and external stakeholders, including key agency partners. This role requires a love of brands, consumers, and an ability to recognize “aha” insights. This critical member of the team will thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple, complex projects while keeping the highest level of attention to detail.

    What you will do:

  • Set the Media & Marketing mix to achieve category and business results of key product and brand stories.

  • Provide goals to and manage output of internal cross-functional teams and external agencies on proposed strategies to increase purchase intent and sell-through.

  • Develop, manage, and maintain campaign and product launch timelines and assets including media, social, digital, PR and Ecomm.

  • Direct program needs across cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution.

  • Lead the analysis of all launch phases to assess status and identify problem areas. Prioritize and organize work within established timelines.

  • Create presentations for both internal and external purposes.

  • Own your personal development within our organization.


  • MBA or degree in related field preferred, with 1-3 years of experience in a consumer-led CPG company.

  • Deep understanding and/or love of brand equity and strategic brand fundamentals.

  • Creative mindset and passion for brand marketing and consumer insights.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage programs on strategy, on time, and on budget.

  • Experience managing external agencies and cross-functional internal stakeholders to create a unified team.

  • Strong understanding of and experience in positioning, naming, packaging, and communications development.

  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Solid written, verbal and presentation skills.

  • Willingness to travel when needed throughout the year.
