How will you make an impact in this role?

This role sits in the Global Consumer Services Group and looks to meet the financial services needs of our Card Members beyond the card. Our aim is to expand membership through built and sourced financial service products with a differentiated value for Members, delivered through an integrated, modern membership experience.
The Consumer Banking organization is currently hiring a Senior Manager/ Manager - Performance Insights, Pricing and Revenue Strategy, who will lead management of portfolio performance and develop revenue growth strategies across the entire Consumer Banking organization. This role represents an outstanding opportunity to be part of building a roadmap for the new Consumer Banking business. This position provides an opportunity of working on high impact projects and launch of several products that are tied to senior leadership’s most pressing business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Develop and analyze key performance metrics across Consumer Banking products and portfolio.
Analyze and provide insights on customer penetration, profile, behaviors, and product feature adoption to advise banking roadmap.
Analyze competitive products, pricing, target segments, size, and scale.
Synthesize internal and external data and trends to identify revenue growth opportunities
Build models and forecasts to size opportunity and pricing implications.
Conduct deep dives to understand trends, generate, and present timely insights.
Supports go-to market efforts.
Incumbent will partner with a cross functional team of Product Heads, Digital team, Marketing, Finance, etc.
Qualifications
3 years of demonstrated experience.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Strong relationship skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across teams.
Desire to work on innovative and evolving initiatives in the digital banking space.
Strategic thought leadership with strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
Self-starter with ability to get results and high energy.
Experience manipulating and extracting insights from large and sophisticated datasets.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in consumer/retail/ digital banking/ FinTech/ consulting is a plus.
Masters or other advanced degree preferred.
Strong programming skills in SAS/SQL; experience with HIVE, Python, Tableau, Splunk is desirable.
Qualifications
Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually bonus benefits
