Autodesk is hiring an Account Based Marketing Manager responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and measurement of account-focused programs in collaboration with account-based and territory campaign marketers.

Responsibilities

CAMPAIGN PLANNING AND EXECUTION

  • Execute account specific marketing aligned to sales strategies for account-appropriate offerings

  • Focus on the buyer’s journey and deploy the right digital, social, and account-specific tactical mix to deliver the right content at the right time

  • Collaborate with account-based marketers on annual and quarterly marketing planning for targeted list of accounts and contacts that focus on customer acquisition and accelerate existing opportunity close and expansion

  • Evaluate, select and manage vendors that contribute to local demand creation programs including agencies, direct mail providers, and fulfillment services

COLLABORATION AND INTERFACE

  • Collaborate with Industry Marketing, Territory Marketing, and Marketing Systems & Services partners to ensure scaled execution of personalized campaigns to targeted accounts, and 1:1 or 1:few account-based marketing tactics to select focus accounts

  • Proactively engage with the appropriate internal and external teams to analyze and optimize the impact of marketing activities

  • Help coordinate standardization of process and tactics across account-based marketers in different industries

REPORTING AND ANALYSIS

  • Maintain accurate and actionable understanding of contact data quality for targeted accounts list

  • Review and provide analysis of scaled account-based campaigns and unique account-specific tactics for targeted accounts list

  • Ensure that each marketing activity is tracked and measured

  • Use data and dashboards to inform future tactics and scaled campaign adjustments

BUDGET AND REVENUE ACCOUNTABILITY

  • Work with Territory Marketing and Industry Marketing to provide requirements for deployment of budget managed by those groups in support of targeted list of accounts

  • Manage budget and vendor relationships for 1:1 and 1:few account-specific tactics for targeted list of accounts

  • Monitor the delivery and execution of plans, and measure effectiveness of resource allocation, efficiency and ROI to inform any adjustments

Minimum Qualifications

  • Detail oriented

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • 5+ years B2B demand generation/field marketing experience with proven account-based marketing specific knowledge and skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Extensive experience with sales and marketing tools and platforms such as Salesforce.com, Marketo, Engagio, Folloze, 6sense, Linkedin etc.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, identify and mitigate risks, and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality work

  • Extraordinary collaboration and influencing skills across multidisciplinary teams
