Sodexo Advertising and Digital Marketing Specialist in Boston, Massachusetts
Sodexo , world leader in quality of life services, has a new opening for an Advertising and Digital Marketing Specialist in NORAM (North America). This is a remote role with the preferred candidate residing in the Eastern or Central time zones.
Joining the NORAM Digital Marketing Team, this position is responsible for the successful management of fully integrated, multichannel demand generation and digital marketing strategies that supports the Marketing & Sales organizations of all segments in North America. This role will lead development and execution of strategies that drive business growth & establish a strong brand identity for Sodexo and Segments in the region, as well as share best practices with other regional MSDC (Marketing & Sales Distribution Centers) throughout the Sodexo Group.
The successful candidate will:
Promote brand positioning and drive business growth for Sodexo overall and for NORAM Segments by developing and managing an integrated digital marketing strategy to successfully reach and engage target audiences to meet business, marketing, and campaign goals.
Engage with all segments create and manage digital marketing campaigns and/or ABM (Account Based Marketing) strategies for Sodexo Segments that drive MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads), and ultimately sales, within our target accounts. Strategies must focus on account-based targeting and consist of awareness, consideration, and conversion across all digital channels and medias and must be based on proven methods with success measurements that drive sales growth.
Partner with the Digital Content Team to identify campaign content, including use of video and multimedia, customized for Segment target customers, goals, and channels to promote lead generation, attract new followers, and keep audiences engaged
Partner with digital marketing specialists to create, execute, optimize, and measure best-in-class digital campaigns, platforms and tactics, using our global marketing technology stack, to drive growth by creating and nurturing leads to MQL – that convert to SAOs (Sales Accepted Opportunities) - in target accounts; this includes marketing automation, digital advertising and paid promoted content, search engine optimization (SEO), web engagement, and digital marketing analytics.
Partner with IT, operations, marketing, sales, Creative Center and PR colleagues to deploy and optimize campaigns that yield optimum sales pipeline formation and share of voice in the market, targeting appropriate customer segments.
Manage special digital marketing and platform projects that impact the region.
We are looking for candidates that are/have:
5 years of integrated digital marketing experience
Broad digital marketing experience to include CRM systems/platforms, SEO, SEM, email marketing, marketing automation, demand generation, and digital paid advertising with the ability to coordinate specialists or vendors across all of these functions and related platforms
Experience with driving demand, increasing leads, decreasing sales cycles, and improving digital advertising and digital content conversions
Experience in aligning marketing materials to sales methodologies and pipeline management
Demonstrated experience placing, optimizing, and managing digital advertisements in key social (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn) and search (e.g., Google) platforms
Knowledge of existing and emerging digital marketing platforms and channels
B2B marketing experience in a outsourced services serving multiple industries, a plus
Proven collaboration and client relationship skills with the ability to quickly respond to client, colleague, and management needs
Very strong interpersonal, presentation and engagement skills, with demonstrated experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating at all levels
Ability to meet multiple, simultaneous deadline and manage workload and projects with the flexibility and ability to deliver when faced with ongoing ambiguity and changes in managing digital campaigns.

Salary range: $78,000 - $89,000
Promotes building awareness and positioning to protect the Sodexo brand image within North America. Finds ways to maximize the brand impact both internally and externally with all audiences (employees, clients, customers, influencers, and general public). Coordinates the development and distribution of corporate internal/external communication programs. Creates implements and manages diversity advertising budget, selects and manages diversity advertising agency (including negotiating rates and added value). Crafts appropriate messaging, look and feel for target audience(s). Liaise with Sodexo Alliance Corporate Communications on internal branding projects and initiatives.
