Chewy is hiring an\u0026amp;nbsp;Associate Director, Talent Acquisition\u0026amp;nbsp;to lead Experienced Hiring for our\u0026amp;nbsp;IT Infrastructure and Platform Engineering Teams\u0026amp;nbsp;within our\u0026amp;nbsp;Technology Organization . This growing business is seeking a recruiting leader to lead a team of passionate leader on strategy, operations, and hiring delivery. The Associate Director will be responsible for all aspects of building a successful recruiting team - from designing recruiting strategy, effectively building and managing relationships with senior stakeholders, leading and inspiring a team, and achieving headcount targets and all KPIs. The successful candidate will bring a proven track record of building and innovating with high passion for creating and maturing a world-class sourcing team at scale.

What You\u0026#39;ll Do: \u0026amp;nbsp;

  • Engage and partner with executive level stakeholders as the recruiting SME on market trends, sourcing metrics, operational processes, systems and\u0026amp;nbsp;tools \u0026amp;nbsp;

  • Lead, develop and manage a team of recruiters/sourcers\u0026amp;nbsp;to deliver hire high quality candidates at\u0026amp;nbsp;scale \u0026amp;nbsp;

  • Manage and partner with TA and Business leaders against headcount plans, progress to hiring goals, and all operational\u0026amp;nbsp;metrics \u0026amp;nbsp;

  • Utilize analytical thinking to diagnose business challenges and identify hiring\u0026amp;nbsp;trends \u0026amp;nbsp;

  • Build repeatable, programmatic solutions to sourcing\u0026amp;nbsp;processes \u0026amp;nbsp;

  • Manage one to two large-scale projects that impact the enterprise as we optimize the talent acquisition operating\u0026amp;nbsp;model \u0026amp;nbsp;

  • Drive a culture of diversity and\u0026amp;nbsp;inclusion \u0026amp;nbsp;

    What You\u0026#39;ll Need: \u0026amp;nbsp;

  • 7+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced, changing environment \u0026amp;nbsp;

  • 5+ years of experience leading recruiting teams \u0026amp;nbsp;

  • 3+ years of experience regularly interfacing and communicating executive leaders up to the VP level

  • Experience sourcing in IT Infrastructure, Service Delivery, PMO and Cloud technologies highly preferred

  • Proven track record of utilizing a data-driven approach to building and\u0026amp;nbsp;innovating \u0026amp;nbsp;

  • Experience in HR/TA/Business transformation efforts a strong plus \u0026amp;nbsp;

  • Bachelor’s Degree \u0026amp;nbsp;

  • Some travel may be required, based on business\u0026amp;nbsp;needs \u0026amp;nbsp;
