GasBuddy is looking for a smart, energetic Campaign Manager to manage the campaign performance and delivery process and support the renewal and upsell of existing business. This is an opportunity to utilize your technical and client management skills to strategize and redefine how media campaigns are managed by GasBuddy
Manage digital ad campaigns using Google Ad Manager (DFP) and other internal ad servers
Maximize account revenue and yield across digital ad campaigns
Execute performance and delivery optimizations for campaigns on a recurring basis
Provide compelling campaign recommendations and insights to the Ad Operations & Customer Success teams to ensure client goals are being met
Troubleshoot ad serving and tagging errors, reporting discrepancies, and broken creative
Meet regularly with cross-functional internal teams to showcase results and drive revenue results
Build and provide daily, weekly and adhoc reports using data from internal and external ad systems, including Google Campaign Manager (DCM), Sizmek, and Placed
Serve as an internal liaison for best advertising practices, inclusive of managing internal ad specs and assisting clients in building high-performing creatives
BA/BS degree or equivalent
At least 1 year experience with Google Ad Manager (DFP) and publisher-side management of digital ad campaigns
Fundamental understanding of digital attribution models (online conversion tracking, offline attribution, control and exposed user surveying)
Strong knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, data sorting and filtering)
Familiarity with advertiser and publisher ad serving systems and reports, inclusive of Google Ad Manager (DFP), Google Campaign Manager (DCM), and Sizmek
Ability to multitask and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Demonstrated analytical skills and passion for data
Outstanding customer service and proactive problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with cross-functional teams
Rich media and design experience (PhotoShop, Illustrator, Celtra) is a plus!
