An account manager connects the dots to deliver all aspects of cutting-edge marketing and provides exceptional client service.
As an account manager, you will:
Lead the day-to-day account execution for multiple clients and serve as the lead contact for our clients and internal teams.
Translate client business goals into effective, creative marketing strategies and ensure goals are met.
Create strategic marketing roadmaps across channels that will achieve our clients? goals.
Build strong working relationships with internal and external partners.
Plan and lead meetings, present in small and large, internal and external groups.
Manage client expectations and develop effective processes for the account.
Lead creation of key client deliverables including strategies and presentations.
Set prioritization and goals for the internal Captains? team and help them achieve those goals.
Set 3, 6, 12, 24-month roadmap for client engagement.
Research and develop an understanding of our clients? industries, competition, audience and the drivers that impact their business.
Study cutting-edge marketing activities across channels and make recommendations on which activities will surprise and delight our clients?and get results.
Take calculated risks and bring forward creative suggestions.
Identify opportunities for internal collaboration and knowledge sharing across accounts.
Understand the ?why? behind creative work and client requests and communicate this clearly and efficiently to others (verbally and in writing).
Own the final quality control for all client-facing deliverables.
Ensure schedules and plans are in place and on target.
Confirm budgets where appropriate.
Contribute to planning sessions and process improvements.
Entrepreneurial, proactive and passionate about creative marketing Strong communication and organizational skills, including verbal, written, and research skills
Experience creating digital and marketing strategies
Experience creating, managing, and executing cross-channel marketing campaigns to drive business results
Effectively handle multiple assignments
Positive outlook and excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate effectively and remain calm under pressure
Fascination with learning and applying creative and critical thinking to challenges, naturally curious
Energy, passion, humor, compassion and enthusiasm
5+ years' experience in marketing or related field
Digital and social media marketing strategy, Google Adwords /Analytics, SEO strategy, marketing platform automation
