Job Description

We believe that what a brand does is more important than what it says—we want you to help brands do amazing, unprecedented, wild things, creating experiences that people never forget.

Because the idea that a brand’s action is more important than its rhetoric is the key to our entire approach. It is all about the experience and we can—hands down, bar-none—create that better than anyone else. That’s not jargon or ego—it’s truth. Experience creates the connections that lead to loyalty, advocacy and sales. So we imagine and create those things here, in what we call the total brand experience. And how we do it is with genius, dedication, strategic thinking and working together as one fearless, handsome troop. Before you get any ideas, it’s important you know we’re serious about taking care of each other here. So think on that. We work too closely not to have fun together. We work too smart not to make the world better. And we work too well not to continually push for more. Think on all that, too.

Momentum is looking for an incredible Account Manager who will oversee the New England and PA regions that is managed by two Account Executives. You will support our client’s high profile Fios brand at experiential events, both small and large scale.

  • Contribute to the development of experiential marketing and event/sponsorship activations in assigned region

  • Work directly with Account Executives, Field Marketing Representatives and Sales Representatives in event execution

  • Being the main agency contact for Account Executives on all daily operational needs and help to coordinate site visit, schedules and timelines

  • Managing and mentoring direct reports, fostering an environment of mutual respect and partnership, strategic thinking, appropriate risk taking, open lines of communication, on-going performance feedback, professional development, and adherence to agency policy.

  • Overseeing event tracking systems that monitor field event activity, KPI management, and budgets

  • Assisting the Directors with reports for management and client detailing event specifics

  • Developing rapport with clients, troubleshooting conflicts as they arise

  • Maintain knowledge of agency structure and functions, with ability to utilize all resources appropriately and efficiently

  • Approve expense reports for direct reports, ensuring compliance to T&E and program policies

  • Fill out and submit personal timesheets, expense logs (if applicable), and inventory…etc.

  • All other duties as assigned

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience

  • 3+ years agency experience

  • Candidates need to consistently demonstrate a high level of customer service for both clients and consumers

  • Experience training/mentoring more junior team members

  • Proven success in collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team in achieving established objectives

  • Regularly delivers quality work (creatively and strategically solid) within budget parameters
