Momentum is looking for an incredible Account Manager who will oversee the New England and PA regions that is managed by two Account Executives. You will support our client’s high profile Fios brand at experiential events, both small and large scale.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO
Contribute to the development of experiential marketing and event/sponsorship activations in assigned region
Work directly with Account Executives, Field Marketing Representatives and Sales Representatives in event execution
Being the main agency contact for Account Executives on all daily operational needs and help to coordinate site visit, schedules and timelines
Managing and mentoring direct reports, fostering an environment of mutual respect and partnership, strategic thinking, appropriate risk taking, open lines of communication, on-going performance feedback, professional development, and adherence to agency policy.
Overseeing event tracking systems that monitor field event activity, KPI management, and budgets
Assisting the Directors with reports for management and client detailing event specifics
Developing rapport with clients, troubleshooting conflicts as they arise
Maintain knowledge of agency structure and functions, with ability to utilize all resources appropriately and efficiently
Approve expense reports for direct reports, ensuring compliance to T&E and program policies
Fill out and submit personal timesheets, expense logs (if applicable), and inventory…etc.
All other duties as assigned
HERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS)
5-7 years of relevant experience
3+ years agency experience
Candidates need to consistently demonstrate a high level of customer service for both clients and consumers
Experience training/mentoring more junior team members
Proven success in collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team in achieving established objectives
Regularly delivers quality work (creatively and strategically solid) within budget parameters
Successful leadership of clients
Successful negotiator of tie-in partners, sponsorships, etc.
