The WhatsApp Business Platform, our enterprise solution, helps medium and large businesses communicate with customers all over the world so they can connect with them on WhatsApp in a simple, secure, and reliable way.WhatsApp is looking for an Account Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to build out our enterprise business campaigns and outbound marketing strategy as we ramp up our focus on this audience. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is able to strategically scale 1-on-1, high touch marketing campaigns to a number of top priority prospects. This role will work closely with content marketing, digital marketing, partnerships, customer success, and data/analytics teams to effectively plan, launch, and optimize outbound marketing campaigns. The ability to creatively problem-solve and effectively communicate across all teams, as well as with executives will be crucial for success.
Develop a comprehensive, cross channel, account-based marketing strategy that targets prospects based on data-based findings (industry, persona, and use cases, etc.).
Drive and accelerate marketing driven pipeline based on WhatsApp business goals.
Design and implement account-centric programs to grow customer usage of WhatApps Business Platform. Build, maintain, and lead marketing campaigns.
Work closely with the Content Marketing team to ensure campaign content and messaging are aligned against target audiences and business segments.
Ability to scale 1:1 experiences to a broader set of enterprise accounts without losing the high-touch white glove experience.
Nurture a trusted relationship with the business partnerships team by serving as the primary contact responsible for the pipeline driving marketing campaigns happening to their target accounts.
Establish a measurement and tracking framework by working with analytics stakeholders to create a KPI dashboard. Own reporting to cross functional teams and WA leadership.
8+ years in B2B marketing with expertise in acquisition marketing, field events, campaign management, email marketing.
2+ years experience in account based marketing.
Proven experience guiding cross functional teams.
Communication skills - experience articulating vision and road mapping and facilitating concept and ideation with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience running integrated B2B demand marketing programs which could include account-based tactics, events, Webinars, email, paid advertising, paid social media, etc.
Demonstrated success defining marketing strategy and driving business results.
A self-starter with experience owning projects and working independently in a fast paced environment.
Analytical with a data-driven mentality and experience reporting results to all cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience to effectively work within a matrixed organization.
Experience inspiring and driving projects across a cross-functional team including Content Marketing, Partnerships, Product Marketing, Digital marketing, and vendors.
Experience in project management - experience ensuring deadlines are not missed across all stake-holders and cross functional teams.
Experience with one on one ABM programs and an understanding of pipeline, account engagement, and partnership team relationship management.
Experience with cloud/technology vendors and an understanding of enterprise software technology and ABM technology stack.
Experience setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics, exhibiting excellent analytical reasoning and how to optimize a campaign with various data inputs.
Experience thriving in a fast-paced, always changing, dynamic environment.
