Our Sanofi Genzyme Commercial Leadership Development Program (C-LDP) aims to develop a leadership pipeline of top talent. The Program provides in-depth training over two years through commercially-focused rotations across the Sanofi Genzyme business unit, with the opportunity to work with both US and Global teams. Rotations are strategic, challenging and meaningful, providing an opportunity to make an impact in the lives of patients around the globe. The C-LDP launches your career to the next level through a targeted approach.

Responsibilities:

Rotations will be mapped to strategic commercial functions, including marketing, market access, market research, sales, business development and strategic initiatives. Specific responsibilities may include:

  • Develop long-term strategic view of disease area portfolio

  • Contribute to the development and execution of a brand strategy and the tactical plan to support it

  • Identify and communicate best practices across markets and functions

  • Develop, track and be responsible for programs, tactics and key performance metrics for a brand

  • Conduct market research to inform brand strategies and tactics

  • Contribute to various analytical and strategic projects (e.g., pricing, market models, forecasting)

  • Drive business development activities, including: diligence, modeling, business case development, company or market research, deal negotiation, etc.

  • Perform financial valuation and strategic analysis of new opportunities

Basic Qualifications:

  • Current enrollment at an accredited MBA program with plans to graduate in spring 2019

  • Summer Internship in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry

  • Minimum of two years of prior industry work experience in industries such as: pharmaceutical or biotechnology, finance, marketing, sales, healthcare consulting, investment banking, etc.

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office

  • Must have US work authorization

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Two years of prior work experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to be flexible, work successfully and quickly amid changing priorities and ambiguity

  • Ability to navigate through complex situations to make interpersonal connections with executives and senior leaders and other program participants to investigate potential paths for personal career growth

  • Ability to function in a collaborative, team environment

  • Strong leadership qualities, with the ability and drive to take ownership of projects

  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize information, successfully manage a multi-project workload, make decisions and influence movement of assigned projects and professional growth

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills

  • Demonstrated ability to present work effectively

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries
