BJs Wholesale Club Paid Social Specialist in BJ's Home Office, Massachusetts

The Paid Social Specialist will lead the development and execution of Paid Social digital marketing strategies which generate membership signups, ecommerce traffic, and revenue. This role will be responsible for profitably driving Paid Social campaigns and assisting with Display and mobile app campaigns, as needed. Responsibilities will also include online metrics analysis with the ability to identify trends and apply appropriate insight and influence to change customer experience and online shopping behavior.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for executing and evaluating the effectiveness of the Paid Social media programs and demonstrating measurable results (ROI, CPA, ROAS)

  • Responsible for executing social media marketing calendar to support various ecommerce initiatives

  • Work with both internal and agency resources to execute on digital marketing initiatives

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital & social media marketing

  • Experience with digital marketing analytics and UI tools required (e.g. Google Analytics, Omniture, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager etc.)

  • Communication skills, particularly in packaging content into presentations

    • Support Senior Specialist across all digital marketing activations aimed at driving members sign ups and ecommerce initiatives
  • Create, execute, and report on marketing analytics and testing programs providing insight for optimization of Paid Social programs

  • Partners with brand marketing, creative & program management teams on optimizing digital advertising creative (banners, video) and creating integrated media campaigns

  • Responsible for executing Display and mobile app push marketing campaigns, as needed

  • Stay current on new developments and emerging partners in the online environment; utilize learning to drive marketing strategy
