Coordinate, plan and prioritize execution of digital marketing campaigns to meet monthly traffic plans & business category goals
Drive and own the creative execution process, from creative concept through release
Manage campaign timeline, from planning to execution and ensure milestones are met
Track campaign performance to share with manager and cross-functional teams
Think of marketing touches holistically across multiple digital and analog channels and work with marketing channel owners to drive overall strategy
Escalate issues and roadblocks, as needed, working to efficiently resolve
Collaborate cross functionally to drive tactical execution
Responsible for maintaining campaign budgets
3+ years of experience in digital marketing; Retail ecommerce or membership environment preferred
Strong project management experience and ability to multi-task
Strong communication and analytical skills necessary
Have a ‘test and learn’ mindset
