  • Responsible for fulfilling agreed sales targets

  • Responsible for people management of BNA sales heads in Bruker subsidiaries within the territory

  • Responsible for customer relation management including key accounts based in the territory

  • Managing distributors

  • Responsible for internal communication (including with headquarters and other

  • departments)

  • Overall responsibility for the strategic planning of the sales and sales –related activities

  • Overall responsibility for market analysis and development of market, development of strategies as well as other marketing activities

  • Planning, implementation and evaluating sales/distribution concepts

  • Responsible for attaining company and divisional sales goals

  • Plan and participate in trade shows, exhibitions and regional hospitality suites to promote electron microscope analyser systems

  • Undertake other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.


Up to 50% travel as deem necessary

Place of work:

Bruker Billerica, Madison or home office.

The candidate should have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Material Science or related technical disciplines

  • Prior work experience in the scientific instrumentation industry in direct sales (2-3 years) and additional minimum 2 years’ experience in managing sales teams and global key accounts

  • English (business level)

  • Strong and proven sales records
