Join this challenge and excitement as a Marketing Manager who will execute strategies and tactics to achieve brand goals at the regional level.

  • Identify and analyze competition as well as research new target markets to elevate impact of marketing solutions.

  • Execute strategies and tactics to achieve brand goals at the regional level.

  • Manages materials, projects, and resources through co-creation with cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. Must align overall marketing strategies prior to launch.

  • Contributes to the development of annual marketing strategic planning.

  • Present to small and large groups (national sales meetings).

  • Evaluates current marketing strategy and tactical effectiveness, recommending change as required.

  • Reviews and collaborates to develop measurement plans to pinpoint effectiveness of communication strategies and tactics on brand equity metrics.

  • Serves as point of contact for external agencies and consultants for strategic and tactical implementation.

  • Manages the budget for key initiatives including monthly financial review and analysis of marketing expenses and fiscal housekeeping (purchase requisitions, invoice approvals, etc.) on all expenses

  • Experience with successful product launches.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional collaboration with internal partners and external vendor teams to develop strategies that meet business goals within budget and guidelines.

  • Brand planning experience preferred.

  • Proven ability to work independently and under time sensitive deadlines.

  • Proven leadership abilities with cross-functional teams.

  • Familiarity with on-line content marketing and social media marketing, development and strategies a must.

  • SEA and SEO experience.

  • Marketing automation experience (e.g. Act-On).

  • Experience communicating (oral, written and presentation) with multiple stakeholders.

  • Proficient in presenting to large or small group settings.

  • Experience managing budgets with corporate, vendors and other.

  • Ability to evaluate current marketing strategy and effective in tactical execution.

  • Willingness to travel.

  • 4-year degree or equivalent work experience required, preferably in marketing and/or analytical sciences; M.B.A. is a plus.

  • 10+ years in marketing and promotion preferred.
