Position Summary: In this role, you will report to the Strategy & Business Development Director and will partner closely with senior leaders of the Business Units to shape the strategy of LYNX, respective business model, offering portfolio and go to market approach to accelerate customer demand, market share and sales growth. This role is also a key player in the company's evolution to sell LYNX suite of digital offerings which require significant internal and external thought leadership and the ability to drive change across a wide variety of functions/roles. Hence this role requires a broad understanding of driving strategy around digitalization and IoT including the build up of new business models. Furthermore strong understanding and experience of what is needed for a successful implementation is essential.We are looking for an associate to help drive lasting, progressive, holistic change to meet the ongoing needs of a Digital Transformation of a complex international, engineering, manufacturing, supply and service business. This role will identify, synthesize, articulate, characterize, plan for and manage the full spectrum of changes required for a world-class enterprise to adapt a new mode of operation.This role requires deep insight to organizational behavior, an extremely high EQ, excellent communication skills, the ability to guide, direct and lead peers, subordinates and superiors, effectively even when challenged with conflicting agendas. Candidates should also have extensive experience presenting, selling, and justifying digital experience strategies. Responsibilities:
Lead development and execution of global Refrigeration Digital Solutions vision, strategy and plans to achieve overall company growth targets
Work closely with Refrigeration Sub-BU’s business leadership and serve as a partner to convert their vision and priorities into strategies and tactics to support revenue goals
Lead the development of LYNX positioning, messaging, thought leadership and content, based on a deep and growing knowledge of target personas and customer journeys
Drive and lead projects shaping LYNX strategy such as partnering strategy or M&A strategy
Drive development of new business models and further enhancement of existing LYNX business model including building business cases
Develop a comprehensive set of metrics, targets and reports on ROI of all programs/ projects
Collaborate and coordinate with regional account managers and sales team and provide leadership and direction to support regional priorities
Partner with key industry experts in Life Science and Food verticals to develop industry-centric strategies
Identify change requirements across People/Organization, Process/Procedure/Policy and Operations/Systems and envision and communicate key change themes
Break down complex problems into workstreams, executing against the plan and communicating short term wins
Identify and resolve impediments to change (both short term and long range)
Establish key performance metrics and embedding them in operations
Skills, Experience and Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, Information Technology or related fields (Master’s degree/ MBA preferred)
8+ years of digital strategy in (top tier) management consulting and/ or software driven industries with a proven track record operating in complex international environments.
Experience setting an overall enterprise-focused demand generation strategy, socializing it with key members of the revenue organization, and measuring results/ROI.
Proven track record in driving successful implementation of strategies and concepts in business
Demonstrated ability to cross-functionally collaborate with all critical stakeholders in the revenue organization, adept at relationship management and building rapport and influence.
Highly intuitive, analytical and perceptive leader during periods of great change in large organizations. Must understand organizational behavior and be able to lead and direct teams from both “Top Down” and “Bottom Up” perspectives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent team player with a global mindset and ability to work with global and virtual teams
Innovative problem solver with a bias for action and a customer-centric perspective
Effective collaboration and management of internal stakeholders across multiple teams
